  • Prepare the ePoster in PowerPoint and save as PDF.
  • PDF format in 16:9 landscape.
  • Maximum file size 2 MB.
  • Single slide only.
  • Minimum font size 14 pt.
  • Use Helvetica or Times New Roman.
  • Use dark fonts on light backgrounds.
  • Use light fonts on dark backgrounds.
  • Avoid red and green fonts/backgrounds.
  • Images should be large enough to show details.

🎤 Oral (Paper) Presentation

  • Follow conference formatting guidelines.
  • Presentation: 8 min + 2 min Q&A.
  • Maximum 8–10 slides.
  • Bell at 7 minutes.
  • Arial font ≥24 pt.
  • Follow 6×6 rule.
  • Slides: Title → Background → Aim → Methods → Results → Conclusion → Take-home.
  • Submit as PPTX or PDF.
  • 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • Embed fonts and keep size below 10 MB.
